How do you figure out this problem?

How many grams of Na3PO4 will be needed to produce 475 mL of a solution that has a concentration of Na+ ions of 0.900 M ?How do you figure out this problem?
Na = 23

P = 31

O = 16

69 + 31 + 64 = 164

0.9 x 164 = 147.6
