How to figure out grad in my class with weighted scores?

I'm a college student and I want to check my current grade in one of my classes, but I'm not sure how to do it. Obviously, for each homework, quiz and test I would take my grade and divide by the total number of points, but each homework, quiz ad test are ';weighted'; meaning. The homeworks are worth less % of the overall grade then the quizzes or tests.

So for example say I got got a 85 out of 100 possible points on a homework and the ';weight'; of the homework is 0.83% of the total grade ad then I got a 75 out of 100 on a quiz that's worth 3.75% of the grade and then I got a 80 out o 100 on a test that's worth 12.75% of the total grade then what would be my current grade in this class? How do I compute is?How to figure out grad in my class with weighted scores?
well.......those % add up to 17.33% unless you mean 83% and not .83% for homework....ill assume you do and that adds to 99.5 which is ok

so

(85*.83)+(75*.0375)+(80*.1275)

=83.5625%

how can you be in college and not know how to do that??How to figure out grad in my class with weighted scores?
Let's calculate how many points of your final grade you have already earned from each piece.

You got an 80% on an exam that is worth 12.75% of your final grade. So the points from this exam that you would get are 80 x 12.75/100 = 10.2 pts

85% on a homework that's worth 0.83% = 85 x 0.83/100 = 0.7055 pts

75% on a quiz worth 3.75% = 75 x 3.75/100 = 2.8125 pts

You can calculate this for each grade you've received in the class so far.

So far in the class, from the scores you've posted here, you've earned 13.718 pts out of a possible 17.33 points. Divide those 2 and you have a current weighted average of 79.15

If you do calculation with all of the pieces you have so far, and add them all up you will find out how many points you have in your score already, and this can help you figure out how many more points you need to get the grade you want in the class as well.

For example, say in the end, homework is worth 25% (with each assignment worth the same amount), quizzes are worth 25% (with each quiz worth the same amount), exam 1 is worth 10%, exam 2 is 15% and the final is worth 25%. For a total of 100%.

Homework average grade = 80%

80x25/100 = 20 points

Quiz average grade = 75%

75 x 25/100 = 18.75 points

exam 1 grade = 85%

85x10/100 = 8.5 points

exam 2 grade = 90

90 x 15/100 = 13.5 points

final exam = unknown, haven't taken it yet

Add up all the points = 20 + 18.75 + 8.5 + 13.5 = 60.75 points.

So the maximum grade you could get in the class would be if you got a 100% on the final.

100 x 25/100 = 25 points

60.75 + 25 = 85.75 points.

You can also use this point system to find out what you need to get on the final to get 80 points in the class.

80 - 60.75 = 19.25 points

(19.25/25) x 100 = 77% on the final exam to get an 80% in the class.
What you would do is multiply each of your weight percentages by each of it's respective assignment percentages(out of 100). Then, you would add up all these values and divide by the sum of all your weight percentages. If this is confusing, you can just use this equation:

Grade=危(x*w)/危w

Grade=(Sum of x*w's)/(Sum of w's), where x is your assignment percentages and w is your individual weighted percentage for that assignment.
