Of course he's a citizen. His mother was a US citizen living in the US. His father was an immigrant from Kenya, but as long as one parent is a US citizen that makes the child a citizen as well. He was born in the United States and spent most of his life here. He spent about 4 years of his childhood in Indonesia before returning to Hawaii to be raised by his maternal grandparents.
Yeah that's it. It couldn't be the refusal to accept evidence when presented. Some of these people remind me of children with their fingers in their ears chanting ';I can't hear you lalalala';
