How do I lose weight and stay at a healthy weight while maintaining a full figure?

I used to be 120 lbs overweight (yes, you heard me). I lost about 30-40 of it and I'm about 90 lbs. overweight. I still exercise regularly and eat about 1500 calories a day. My question is this (if you haven't read the title already):

How can I maintain a full figure while maintaining a healthy weight? I don't want to be super skinny or super fat. I walk about 15-20 miles a week (five times a week). I also do weight training one to twice a week.

You seem to be doing everything well. You may want to increase weight training to three times a week. Everything else is great though!

I don't know what you diet is for getting 1500 cal. but you may want to evaluate how youre doing that. Try a bowl of cereal in the AM a heavy lunch-much like a dinner- (so you can use as much of the energy as possible that you take in) and a light dinner.

Rearranging the second meals like this will help utilize all you calories!

CONGRATS on the weight loss already! I'd try a personal trainer or nutritionist to help you figure out what you need to do :o)
Can start eating a little more but still maintain your regular exercise.

Milk, Cheese and pizzas once a week is a good way to start.
Continue the weight training, maybe even step it up a bit. You're doing great! You may lose some of the ';fullness,'; but you'll still be in proportion and not skinny or underweight-looking if you maintain good muscle tone.
Your main concern right now is to get those 90 pounds out of the system, we can talk about sculpting your body later...
