How do you figure out how many dpo when using opk's?

I don't know why but I picked last Sunday as my lines on my OPK were the same color then (2 lines indicates ovulation is occuring). But I did get a bit lighter results a couple of days before that so when would I start counting how many DPO I am? Friday or Sunday?!

Thanks! How do you figure out how many dpo when using opk's?
Are you only using opks or are you temping at all? You really can't tell exactly when you've O'd without also knowing your temps.

When you get a + opk, you will usually ovulate (if you do at all), within 12-36 hours of the positive test.

So say you ovulated the same day as the +opk, which was Sunday. So that means monday, you're 1dpo.
