I am on a 28 day birth control pill pack. Does that mean my cycle is 28 days? Or is the pill just controlling my cycle? Your pill is controlling your cycle: 28 days. But if you were regular before it sounds like you were right around 28-30 days, which is average. Normal girl. Hope that helped answer your question.
