You might consider getting a business degree in management. This would probably be your best option since you do not want to get a nursing degree. However in my experience, most medical administrators have MPAs-a Masters of Public Administration, with an emphasis on healthcare admin.....to get the position that you want, you might have to work towards an MPA. You mean a registered nurse supervisor? They make a lot of money. My mom is getting her lisence for that, and if she can do it, then you can do it.
